The Founder and Managing Director of M/s Sowbhagya Biotech Private Limited, is a visionary and having the mission to enrich the Agriculture System by the application of Innovative Organic Agri inputs to improve agri productivity in an eco friendly and cost effective manner.
After having post-graduation in Plant Physiology, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi during 1983. He served, for about 20 years, in various Public Sector and Private Sector organizations.

Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma Ph.D.-Natural Products, is an eminent scientist of international repute in the field of Biotechnology and having an excellent Academic & Industrial track record. He had his graduation, post-graduation & Doctorate degree from Agra University, Agra. He is lead Scientist in the area of Natural Products, Bio, Organic and Agri & Livestock Nutrients.
He successfully had done, during 1985, his Doctoral Thesis in the area of Natural Products. His area of specialization in R&D, Scale-Up & commercialization of Bio tech processes. He has total experience of about 40 years in the area of Applied Biotechnology. He has developed 11 processes & successfully commercialized in various industries.
Some of his salient contributions are establishment of viable linkages with various R&D labs and Academia, successful commercialization of various biotech process: like Proteinates, Gluconates, lactates.
